• Walk and Talks-  We walk your home together, and discuss what adjustments are necessary to prepare your home for sale.  You take notes and then implement the recommendations.

• Staging Consultation with Customized Report - We take notes and assess your home's needs.  You receive a specialized guide complete with lists and visuals specific to your home.  Don't worry about writing or remembering everything.  Your report is carefully created with recommendations specific to your property including, visuals of furniture placement,  step by step guides, purchasing recommendations, examples, and buying guide for best paint, fixtures, lighting, etc if updates are needed.  With the staging consultation report, you always have a resource to refer back to.

• Occupied Staging Service- Want hands on assistance? After thoroughly assessing  your home, we get in the trenches and work with you to implement the recommendations.

• Accessories shopping- We shop for you.  If updated accessories are needed to provide an updated look, we offer a shopping service where we pick accessories that compliment your existing furniture, price point, and style of the home to present a cohesive, model home feel.​  This service is an add-on.
